Medical Insurance Billing Coordinator
I earned my Medical Insurance Billing and Coding certificate in June of 2007 and was fortunate to join Hearing Healthcare Center, Inc. team two months later. I have learned many different aspects of the hearing industry and I am proud to be a part of such a dedicated company. I have worked hard for the past 9+ years making sure our patients’ insurance plans are billed appropriately and patients receive their maximum allowable benefits for services they need.
I am originally from Moldova, one of the post-Soviet states, but I have lived in Washington State with my daughter Anna since June of 2005. My absolute favorite way to spend my time is to cook. I enjoy experimenting with different kitchen gadgets, bake, and make pizza in my outdoor pizza oven. I love traveling; my husband and I try to go see new places whenever we can. We are huge fans of remodel and renovations. We currently are working on our new house bringing it from the past century to present. We enjoy woodworking, home organization, watching movies and shows, and entertaining our family and friends.
Patient Care Coordinator/Office Manager
I have been a part of the Hearing Healthcare Center team since August 2013. I earned my (AA) Associates Degree in Accounting through Kaplan University in June 2014, and also my (BAcc) Bachelors Degree in Accounting in May 2016 as well.
I have lived in Washington State, in the Rochester area, my entire life. I have three children and four grandchildren.
In my spare time, I enjoy camping, hiking, fishing, hunting, geocaching and spoiling my grandchildren.
Office Manager/Patient Care Coordinator/Marketing
I have been with Hearing Healthcare Center, Inc. since August of 2016. I have been in the medical field for about 10 years. I look forward to being the smiling face you see when you first walk through our door.
I have lived in Washington state pretty much my whole life (moving away to Colorado & Alabama, but always coming home). I have three amazing boys who make my life exciting and adventurous.
In my free time I love to bake, sing, read and listen to music. I am also a football mom and head cheer coach for a local league. I love going on adventures with my boys and we love watching football and basketball.
